Our final five days in Kenya was just the two of us and our first job was to get to Mombasa. We flew there Saturday morning and arrived around lunch and it was HOT!! This was exciting for us since up until this point it had been quite cool and it was so nice to feel the hot sun again!

We arranged the rest of our travels through a company called JT Safaris http://www.julius-safaris.com/  I contacted them after some research online beacuse they had such fantastic reviews on Trip Advisor. They definitely lived up to their excellent reviews!

Once we landed in Mombasa, there was a little confusion as our plane was 45 minutes late so our driver was not there. Once we called Julius (from JT Safaris) our driver returned and we headed to Sarova Whitesands where we would be staying. We had a beautiful ocean-view room that even had air-conditioning! The rest of our day was filled with relaxation, swimming, walking in the ocean, eating and several Tuskers
